Please enter your WESTERN ID and PIN to access our system. The “W” at the beginning of your ID number must be entered in UPPERCASE. Students enrolled prior to Fall of 1999 may use their former numerical student ID, preceded by an uppercase ST, for example: ST9941234.

A valid PIN is required. If you do not know your WESTERN ID or PIN, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 360.650.3432, Mon., Wed.— Fri. 8:30—5, T 9-5. When finished, click the Login button. Login to the WWU High Security Zone

Security Privacy Statement: Security and confidentiality are matters of concern to all University employees and to all other persons who have access to administrative records. Access to Personal information for all WWU students, staff and other employees (permanent full time/part time and temporary) is a responsibility we all share. By virtue of entering this High Security Zone you agree to have read, understand, and will comply with the Code of Responsibility for Security and Confidentiality of Records and Files.

WWU provides various measures and authentication services to allow users restrictive controlled access to the central administrative and academic campus networks, files, databases and applications. WWU systems information is protected by your login (id and password, or PIN. If you are using the WWU universal ID assigned you and a secure workstation operating system myWWU stores your WWU High Security login credentials on your workstation for a day or until you exit your browser. Once logged into our system security zones with your credentials anyone with access to your workstation potentially has access to the data you have access to.

It is important that you lock your workstation when it is unattended. Utilize the password protected screen saver capability of your operating system in the event you forget to lock down your workstation. It is suggested that you set the timeout from 5 to 10 minutes. When leaving a Windows 2000 or XP workstation, press ctrl-alt-delete, and return keys, this will immediately lock your workstation. Important final note: do not disclose confidential information such as your password to anyone.
